
Creamy Hamburger Steak
Ingredients:
- Bunashimeji
- 100g
- Maitake
- 100g
- Ground Beef
- 400g
- White Onion
- 1/2
- Egg
- 1
- Bread Crumbs
- 4 tbsp
- Salt
- 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg
- a pinch
- Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp
- Garlic
- 1 grated
- Asparagus
- 2
- Fresh Cream
- 1 pack
- Grated Cheese
- 2 tbsp
- MSG
- 1 tsp
- Salt and Pepper
- to taste
- Parsley
- for garnishing

How to Make:

Step 1
Chop off the hard bottom of the mushrooms. Then divide Bunashimeji into small bunches.

Finely chop Maitake and white onion. Cut asparagus into 3cm long pieces.

Combine all the Hamburg Steak ingredients in a bowl, mix well and evenly.

Divide mixture into 4 equal parts, and form into oval burger patties.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, sear on both sides of the patties, cover and let them steam over low heat for about 6 minutes, and set aside while you make the sauce.

In the same frying pan, heat the olive oil and fry the garlic until aromatic. Then, add Bunashimeji and fry until tender.

Add fresh cream, grated cheese, and MSG to the mushrooms. Bring it to a boil and add asparagus, salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the steak with the sauce and finely chopped parsley as garnish to complete the dish.
