Glass Noodle Soup with Hokto Mushroom

Ingredients:
- Hokto Bunashimeji
- 1 Packet
- Hokto Bunapi
- 1 Packet
- Glass Noodle
- 40g
- Green Onion
- 1
- Cauliflower
- 100g
- Ginger
- 1
- Ground Chicken
- 120g
- Water
- 600ML
- Milk
- 200ML
- Salt
- 1 tsp
- Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp

How to Make:

Step 1
Remove the root from the Bunapi and divide it into small pieces along with Bunashimeji.

Mince the cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, green onion and ginger. Then, set aside.

In a pot, sauté the sesame oil and minced ginger over low heat until fragrant.

Add ground chicken and stir fry until it turns a little brown.

Continue to stir fry and add the vegetables and mushrooms to the pan.
