Hokto Mushroom and Tomato Pizza
Ingredients:
- Hokto Bunashimeji
- 1 Pack
- Eryngii
- 1 Pack
- Hokto Bunapi
- 1 Pack
- Tomatoes
- 4
- green bell peppers

- Garlic
- 1 clove
- olive oil
- 1 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese
- 120g
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

How to Make:

Step 1
Begin by removing the root from the Bunashimeji and Bunapi mushrooms. Then cut the mushrooms into smaller pieces. Cut the Eryngii into 4 equal parts lengthwise.

Cut the tomatoes into medium-sized slices, the sausages into small pieces, the green bell peppers into rings and mince the garlic.

Next, heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic and mushrooms.

Season the ingredients with salt, pepper and continue to cook until the mushrooms are tender.

Then, put the tomatoes on the pizza dough, spread it evenly and layer all the ingredients including the Parmesan cheese.

Lastly, bake the pizza dough at 200°C until it develops a deeper colour.
