Popiah with Hokto Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- Hokto Bunashimeji
- 1 Packet
- Hokto Bunapi
- 1 Packet
- Holland Onion
- 1
- Garlic
- 3 Bulbs
- Shrimp
- 250g
- Carrot
- 1
- Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp
- Sugar
- 2 tbsp
- White Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp
- Tapioca Starch
- 1 tbsp
- Onion
- 1
- Coriander Leaves
- Popiah Skin
- Wheat flour

How to Make:

Step 1
Blend the holland onion with garlic.

Heat oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat and add the blended ingredients.

Add the mushrooms along with chopped carrots and shrimp.

Stir fry until softened and add oyster sauce, some sugar, white pepper powder and salt.

Complete the filling with tapioca starch and sprinkle some coriander leaves.

Assemble the popiah by placing the popiah skin on a plate, adding the filling and rolling it.
