Potato Pancake with Hokto Mushroom
Ingredients:
- Hokto Bunashimeji
- 1 Pack
- Potatoes
- 200g
- Anchovies
- 20g
- Cheese Powder
- 1 tbsp
- Flour
- 2 tbsp
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp
- Salad Oil
- 2 tbsp
- Chopped Green Onion
- Sansho Pepper Powder

How to Make:

Step 1
Begin by removing the root of the mushrooms and set aside. Then, peel and shred the potatoes.

In the same bowl, add cheese powder, flour and salt while mixing it well.

Next, add salad oil onto a pan and spread the potato mixture evenly.

Continue to fry over medium heat. Once the mixture turns brown, flip the dough and cover the pan.

Proceed to fry over low heat for 10 minutes.

In a separate pan, stir-fry the mushrooms and anchovies until they turn golden brown.

Set the pancake on a plate and place the mushrooms and anchovies on top. Sprinkle a little bit of chopped green onion and sansho pepper. Serve warm.
