Somen Noodles with Avocado Sauce and Hokto Mushroom (Non-Halal)

- Avocados

- Hokto Bunapi
- 1 Pack
- Non-dairy Milk
- 120ML
- Shirodashi
- 4 tbsp
- Shrimps

- Cherry Tomatoes

- Somen noodles
- 6 Bundles
- Salt
- 1 tsp
- Minced parsley
- Pepper to taste

How to Make:

Step 1
Begin by removing the root from the Bunapi mushroom. Cut into smaller pieces and add the mushrooms onto a frying pan.

Sauté the mushrooms and add sake, cover with a lid and steam for 3 to 4 minutes.

In a bowl, crush the avocado with a spoon and add in the non-dairy milk and shirodashi until smooth.

Boil the somen noodles and cool it with iced water once the noodles are cooked.

In a separate bowl, combine the noodles and the avocado mixture. Then, add in cherry tomatoes, shrimps, and mushrooms.
