Steam Chicken Fillet with Hokto Mushroom
Ingredients:
- Hokto Bunapi

- Chicken Fillets
- 4
- Red Pepper
- 1/2
- Onion
- 1/2
- Cucumber
- 1
- Salt
- 1 tsp
- Vinegar
- 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp
- Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp
- Honey
- 1 tsp
- White sesame seeds (optional)

How to Make:

Step 1
Remove the root from the mushrooms and cut the red pepper and onion into thin slices. For the cucumber, cut into shreds and set aside together with the onion and chilli.

Next, grab a fork and poke some holes into the chicken. Place it in a microwaveable bowl, season with salt and put the mushrooms on top of the meat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap loosely and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes.

Once heated and the chicken has cooled down, cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Then, add vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and honey.

Now, add the slices of onions, red peppers and shredded cucumbers.

Mix the ingredients together, sprinkle a little bit of white sesame seeds if desired. Ready to serve.
