Stir-fried Fresh Hokto Mushroom with Shrimp
Ingredients:
- Hokto Bunashimeji
- 1 Pack
- Peas
- 800g
- Shrimps
- 200g
- Water
- 400ml
- Sesame Oil
- 1/4
- Long Green Onion
- 1/4
- Ginger
- 1 Piece
- Salt
- 1 tsp
- Chicken Flavoured Powder
- 2 tsp
- Katakuri Powder
- 2 tsp

How to Make:

Step 1
Begin by removing the root of the mushroom and peel them into bite-sized pieces.

Next, chop the long green onion and ginger into fine pieces and marinate the shrimp with salt and 1 tsp of sesame oil.

In a pot, boil the peas in salt water over medium heat. Once it is done, soak in cold water and set aside.

Heat the pan with the remaining sesame oil over medium heat, add chopped long green onions, minced ginger and stir-fry until it is fragrant.

Then, add the shrimps and continue to stir-fry until the shrimps change colour.

Add the peas and mix the ingredients with chicken flavoured powder, water, and katakuri powder.

Stir-fry until all is fully cooked. Serve warm.
