No. You will have to take your own transport to the venue.

Parking spots have been allocated within the factory compound. Just follow the instructions given by the security personnel when you arrive at the venue.

Only children above the age of 12 years old are allowed to participate in the factory tour. Children under 12 years old will be able to join the children’s activities that we have prepared at the venue.

Yes. You can bring your family along as this is an open day for all HOKTO’s fans.

Only the main registrant will enter the factory for the tour. The rest of the family members will have to wait outside and enjoy the activities. 

Yes. We will be organizing a second factory tour on the 30th September 2023. Registration for the second open day will be announced soon. 

The Open Day is free for all HOKTO’s friends and fans.

Food will be provided at the venue by our food truck operator.

Yes. There are two toilets available for use.

Yes. We will also organize activities for children while they are at the event venue. Coloring, mushroom picking, education on mushrooms, toys and traditional games.

The factory tour will last about 1 hour.

Wearing a face mask is not mandatory. However, you are encouraged to wear a face mask especially if you are not feeling well.

The open day will be an outdoor event. However, the factory tour will be conducted indoors.

No. You are not allowed to take any photos or videos during the factory tour. However, you are encouraged to take photos of the event and share it on your social media.

The event is free for HOKTO’s friends and fans including lunch.

You can bring a maximum of 4 people to the open day. If your family member exceeds 4 people, you will have to notify us before the event.

The event will start at 11am and ends at 3pm

You don’t need to bring anything. The event is free, and food is provided.

Only the main registered person will get the gift.
