Our 4"S" of Operation
4S refers to 4 Japanese words: “seiri” (sorting), “seiton” (orderliness), “seiso” (cleaning) and “seiketsu” (hygiene).
This is crucial in our mushroom center to ensure that our mushrooms are cultivated in the most hygienic environment, without the use of any added chemicals or pesticides.
