
Creamy Miso Hokto Mushroom with Cod Fish
Ingredients:
- Hokto Bunashimeji
- 1 Pack
- Hokto Bunapi
- 1 Pack
- Onion
- 1/2
- Cod Fish
- 4 Fillets
- Flour
- 2 tbsp
- Olive Oil
- 2 tsp
- Miso Powder
- 2/3 tbsp
- Water
- 200ml
- Sugar
- 1 tsp
- Cream
- 2 tsp
- Parsley
- Pepper
- Salt

How to Make:

Step 1
Remove the root from the mushrooms and cut the onion into thin slices.

Next, season the cod fish with salt and pepper. Coat it with flour and set aside.

Heat the pan with olive oil over medium heat and fry the cod fish on both sides until brown. Cover the pan and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.

Then, saute the onions until fragrant. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry followed by miso powder, water and sugar.

Let it simmer for 3 minutes, add cream and wait until the sauce thickens.

Once the sauce becomes thick, turn off the heat. Pour the mushroom sauce over the cod fish and sprinkle some parsley to finish.
