Mushroom Bread
Ingredients:
- Hokto Bunashimeji

- Onion
- 100g
- Carrots

- Green Pepper
- 100g
- Garlic
- 1 colve
- Sausages
- 120g
- Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsp
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp
- Water
- 150cc
- Lettuce
- 4 slices
- Small Meal Bags
- 8pcs
- Chili Powder

How to Make:

Step 1
Start by removing the roots from the mushrooms, and separate them into pieces.

Chop canned tomatoes, onions, garlic, green peppers, carrots and other ingredients. Cut the sausages into smaller pieces to about 1 cm wide and add all the ingredients into a pot.

Next, add some water in the pot, cover it with lid to let the ingredients boil. Stir lightly.

Once the ingredients are cooked, add tomato paste, salt, and chilli powder.

Cook for about 10 minutes until the soup becomes thick.

To assemble, cut the lettuce in half, place it in the middle of the bread and then put the mushroom filling into a small meal bag.
