
Mushroom Sushi
Ingredients:
- Hokto Maitake
- 1 Pack
- Eryngii
- 1 Pack
- Cooked White Rice
- 5 Cups
- Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp
- Komatsuna or any green vegetable
- A bunch
- Pickled Radish
- 100g
- Crab Sticks
- 12
- Seaweed
- 4 Sheets
- Vinegar
- 6 tbsp
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste

How to Make:

Step 1
Begin by seasoning the rice with salt, pepper and vinegar. Then, set aside the rice to cool it down.

Separate the Eryngii mushroom into 4 pieces, cut the root from the Maitake mushroom and separate in into smaller pieces.

Next, boil the komatsuna or any other vegetable and drain the water. Then, heat the mayonnaise in a pan and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4
To assemble, place the seaweed, put rice on top of it, and spread until it is evenly flat on top of the seaweed. Then, set the crab sticks, komatsuna or any other vegetable, pickled radish and mayonnaise onto the center.

Roll the seaweed and make sure the roll is secure. Cut it into pieces and it is ready to serve.
