Fried Shrimp with Hokto Mushroom

- Hokto Bunashimeji
- 1 Pack
- Shrimp Kernels
- 200g
- Hokto Maitake
- 1 Pack
- Water
- 100ML
- Potato Starch
- 1 tbsp
- Garlic
- 1 clove
- Onion
- 1
- Eggplant Sauce
- 4 tbsp
- Medium Thick Sauce
- 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp
- Chili Bean Paste
- 1 tsp
- Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp
- Potato Satrch
- 1/2 tbsp
- Water
- 1 tbsp

How to Make:

Step 1
Start by removing the root from the mushrooms and separate them into smaller pieces. Slice the garlic and onions into bite-sized pieces, and add the shrimp kernels and potato starch.

Heat the sesame oil on a flat-bottomed pan and fry the garlic and onions. Add eggplant sauce, medium-thick sauce, soy sauce and chilli bean paste.

Next, fry over medium heat and add the mushrooms, shrimp and 100ml of water.

Let the ingredients boil and then add ½ tbsp of potato starch with 1 tbsp of water.

Once all the ingredients are cooked, set in a bowl and it is ready to be served.
