Warm Maitake Pasta with Citrus Soy Dressing

Ingredients:
- Hokto Maitake, ends trimmed and separated
- 3 Packs
- Dried Pasta
- 1 Pack
- Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbsp
- Lemon, zested
- 1
- Grated Ginger
- 1 tsp
- Honey
- 1½ tbsp
- Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp
- Rice Vinegar
- ¼ cup
- Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup
- Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp

How to Make:

Step 1
Start by boiling the pasta, drain and set aside once it is cooked.

To make the dressing, add the lemon zest, grated ginger, honey, lemon juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce and toasted sesame oil in a bowl. Mix the ingredients for a few seconds and drizzle a bit of extra virgin oil.

Next, heat a fry pan or skillet over medium high heat. When it is hot, swirl in the cooking oil and add the mushrooms.

Then, turn off the heat and toss in the cooked pasta, sesame seeds and the fresh herbs.
