Korean Style Mushroom with Beef
Ingredients:
- Hokto Bunapi
- 1 Pack
- Beef Slices
- 300g
- Red Radish
- 1/3 Strip
- Yellow Capsicum
- 1/2
- Green Onions
- 1/2
- Radish Paste
- 1/4
- Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp
- Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp
- Ginger Paste
- 1 piece
- Miso
- 1.5 tbsp
- White Sesame
- 2 tsp
- Korean Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp
- Sesame Flour
- 1/2 tsp
- Sugar
- 1/2 tsp
- Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp
- Pepper
- Salt

How to Make:

Step 1
Start by removing the root from the Bunapi mushroom and separate them into pieces.

Cut the capsicum into short strips (4 cm long sections), and brew the beef in a pot with sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, miso, white sesame, korean chilli sauce and sesame flour. Mash it for 30 minutes.

Next, put all the ingredients except for the green onions onto a flat-bottomed pan and steam for 7 minutes under the lid until the meat is completely tender.

Season the beef with Korean-style seasoning and mix it with all the ingredients except the green onions.

Once the beef is cooked, add green onions and stir lightly.

Place in a bowl and serve while it is warm.
