Creamy Pasta with Hokto Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- Hokto Bunashimeji
- 1 Packet
- Hokto Bunapi
- 1 Packet
- Spaghetti
- 250g
- Butter
- 150g
- Onion
- 1
- Garlic
- 1 tbsp
- Spaghetti Boiled Water
- 1 cup
- Chicken Stock
- 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper
- 1 tsp
- Salt
- 1/2 tbsp
- Cooking Cream
- 200 ml
- Chilli Padi
- Parsley Leaves

How to Make:

Step 1
Boil the spaghetti for about 10 minutes.

Heat the butter and oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Sauté the onion until softened for about 3 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.

Stir with garlic and add the water from the spaghetti. Cook for a further 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour some cooking cream, with chicken stock and season generously with salt and pepper (to your taste).

Add spaghetti, sprinkle with chilli flakes, and parsley. Serve warm.
