Fried Glass Noodle with Hokto Mushrooms

- Oyster Sauce

- Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1/3 Cups

- Shrimp
- 200g
- Glass Noodle
- 250g
- Carrot
- 1
- Red Chilli

Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sautéed the red onion, garlic and ground chilli until fragrant.

Set aside, add eggs, pour hot water and stir evenly.

Next, add the oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce and chicken stock.

Stir-fry the ingredients and continue to add sesame oil, white pepper powder and salt.

Add the shrimp and the glass noodles and continue stir-frying.

Now, add the carrots and the star of the show, the Bunashimeji mushroom.
