Grilled Chicken with Hokto Mushroom
Ingredients:
- Hokto Bunashimeji
- 1 Packet
- Hokto Bunapi
- 1 Packet
- Hokto Maitake
- 1 Packet
- Carrot
- 1 clove
- Potatoes
- 2
- Head of Cauliflower
- 1/2

- 2 Slices
- Small-sized Tomatoes
- 12
- Salt
- 1 tsp
- Pepper
- 1 tsp
- Chopped Parsley
- 1 tbsp
- Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp
- Minced Garlic

How to Make:

Step 1
To begin, peel the Maitake mushrooms into smaller pieces and cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Place the Maitake mushrooms on top of the chicken and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes.

Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes. Remove the roots from the Bunapi & Bunashimeji mushrooms and heat the ingredients together in a microwave for 7 minutes.

Cut the cauliflower into florets and the tomatoes in half. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic while adding parsley and olive oil before placing it in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Place the chicken, mushrooms and vegetables in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and olive oil once more.

Next, heat the oven to 230°C and bake the chicken for 5 to 8 minutes until all the ingredients are well cooked.

Once everything is well cooked, sprinkle a little bit of chopped parsley and serve.
