
How to Make:

Step 1
Chop and heat the Bunapi mushrooms in a microwave. Finely chop the Chinese cabbage and scallion, sprinkle a little salt, and squeeze out the water.

Add the Chinese cabbage, green onions, and Bunapi mushrooms, then add all the ingredients and mix into into a filling.

Wrap the filling with gyoza skin. Add water and steam in a pan.

Heat oil in a pan, arrange the gyoza, and when it is browned, add water, cover and cook until steamed.
