
Hokto Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:
- Hokto Bunapi
- 1 Pack
- Hokto Bunashimeji
- 1 Pack
- Olive Oil
- 5 tbsp
- Butter
- 1 tbsp
- Minced Parsley
- 1 tbsp
- Minced Garlic
- 1 Clove
- Chilli Pepper
- 1
- Onion
- 1
- Chicken Stock Cube
- 1
- Water
- 400ml
- Salt
- Cheese Powder

How to Make:

Step 1
Start by adding water in a pot. Add the chicken stock cube with salt, pepper and minced garlic.

Remove the root of the mushrooms and slice the onions into thin pieces.

Next, heat olive oil in a pan followed by adding garlic and chilli pepper.

Saute over low heat until fragrant and then add the mushrooms along with some minced parsley.

In the same pan, add butter and onions. Fry until it turns golden brown.

Then, combine the ingredients with the soup mixture and mix it well.

Add some cheese powder as desired and it is ready to be served.
