Hokto Mushroom Spring Roll

Ingredients:
- Hokto Bunashimeji
- 1 Pack
- Hokto Maitake
- 1 Pack
- Asparagus stalks
- 2
- Bell pepper
- 1
- Spring Onion

- Large Shrimps
- 8
- Miso
- 2 tbsp
- Rice Paper
- 8
- Seven spice blend
- White sesame seeds
- Salt to taste

How to Make:

Step 1
Remove the root from the Bunashimeji mushroom, cut into smaller pieces and peel the Maitake mushroom into individual pieces.

In a frying pan, sauté the mushrooms and season with salt, pepper and miso.

Next, cut the asparagus in half and cut the bell pepper into small strips.

In a pot, boil the asparagus along with the shrimps until both are tender.

To assemble, dip one sheet of rice paper in water, place it on top of a moist cloth and put the ingredients on the sheet.

Once all the ingredients are in place, fold the rice paper neatly and enjoy with sauce of your choice.
