Kerabu Hokto Mushrooms

- Hokto Bunashimeji
- 1 Packet
- Hokto Bunapi
- 1 Packet
- Green Mango
- 1/2 Cup
- Som Tam Sugar
- 2 tbsp
- Fish Sauce
- 2 tbsp
- Chicken Stock
- 1 tbsp
- Bird’s Eye Chilli
- 2 tbsp
- Ginger
- 3 tbsp
- Lemongrass
- 1 Stick
- Ground Nuts
- 2 tbsp
- Salt
- 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves
- 2 tbsp
- Mint Leaves
- 1 tbsp

- Mackerel Fish Filling

How to Make:

Step 1
Heat the large pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the mushrooms, and cook for about 4-5 minutes until well done.

Remove from pan and place in a bowl of ice water.

Mix the mushrooms in a container with green mango, red chilli, lemongrass, onion and mackerel fish filling.

Prepare the som tam sugar in a separate container and mix it with fish sauce, chicken stock, salt and lime juice.

Add coriander leaves, and mint leaves, with ground nuts.

Combine the mushrooms with the som tam dressing, mix it well and serve.
