        Lasagna with Hokto Mushrooms

        This recipe is perfect for those looking to lose weight.
        Ingredients:
        • Hokto Bunapi
        • 1 Packet
        • Hokto Bunashimeji
        • 1 Packet
        • Butter
        • 80g
        • Wheat Flour
        • 80g
        • Milk
        • 4 Cups
        • Black Pepper Powder
        • 1/2 tsp
        • Salt
        • To Taste
        • Holland Onion
        • 1
        • Ground Chilli
        • 2 tbsp
        • Chicken Fillet
        • 200g
        • Pasta Sauce
        • 400ml
        • Water
        • 1/2 Cup
        • Instant Lasagna
        • Mozzarella Cheese

        How to Make:

        • Step 1

          To make the white sauce, heat the butter in a large pan, add wheat flour and stir well.

        • Step 2

          Continue to stir while adding milk, a dash of black pepper powder and salt.

        • Step 3

          To make the mushroom sauce, add chopped holland onion, and ground chilli and saute until soft.

        • Step 4

          Add the chicken and the mushrooms and continue stirring.

        • Step 5

          Mix with pasta sauce and some water until the sauce simmers and becomes thick.

        • Step 6

          Place the mushroom sauce in a container as the first base, and white sauce as the second layer and lastly mozzarella cheese.

        • Step 6

          Repeat the order of the layers until the container is filled to the top. Then, bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
