Lasagna with Hokto Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- Hokto Bunapi
- 1 Packet
- Hokto Bunashimeji
- 1 Packet
- Butter
- 80g
- Wheat Flour
- 80g
- Milk
- 4 Cups
- Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp
- Salt
- To Taste
- Holland Onion
- 1
- Ground Chilli
- 2 tbsp
- Chicken Fillet
- 200g
- Pasta Sauce
- 400ml
- Water
- 1/2 Cup
- Instant Lasagna
- Mozzarella Cheese

How to Make:

Step 1
To make the white sauce, heat the butter in a large pan, add wheat flour and stir well.

Continue to stir while adding milk, a dash of black pepper powder and salt.

To make the mushroom sauce, add chopped holland onion, and ground chilli and saute until soft.

Add the chicken and the mushrooms and continue stirring.

Mix with pasta sauce and some water until the sauce simmers and becomes thick.

Place the mushroom sauce in a container as the first base, and white sauce as the second layer and lastly mozzarella cheese.

Repeat the order of the layers until the container is filled to the top. Then, bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
