
Mushroom & Beef Bibimbap
Ingredients:
- Bunashimeji
- 100g
- Bunapi
- 100g
- Maitake
- 100g
- Thinly Sliced Beef
- 250g
- Yakiniku Sauce
- 3 tbsp
- Red Bell Pepper
- 1 piece
- Garlic Chives
- 1 bundle
- Rice
- 800g
- Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp
- Salt
- 1 tbsp
- Egg yolks
- 4
- Sesame Seeds
- to taste
- Olive Oil
- as needed

How to Make:

Step 1
Marinade the sliced beef with yakiniku sauce in a bowl (adding minced garlic would work too), cover it up and leave in the fridge for 15 mins.

Cut off the hard bottoms of Maitake, Bunashimeji and Bunapi and divide them into small bunches.

Next, cut the garlic chives into roughly 5 cm long pieces and slice the bell pepper into strips.

Drizzle a little olive oil into a hot pan, add the sliced beef to the hot pan and sauté. Once the colour changes, it is ready to be taken out.

Arrange the mushrooms in a frying pan, sprinkle vegetables with sesame oil and salt, cover and steam on medium heat for about 3 minutes.

Last but not least, neatly place the beef and vegetables into a rice-filled bowl, place an egg yolk in the middle, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
