
Mushroom & Sausage Pizza

Ingredients:
- Bunapi
- 100g
- Bunashimeji
- 100g
- Maitake
- 100g
- Tomatoes
- 4
- Green Bell Peppers
- 2
- Sausages
- 2
- Garlic
- 1 Small Head
- Salt and Pepper
- to taste
- Shredded Cheese
- 120g
- Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp
- Store-bought Pizza Dough (or Flat Bread)

How to Make:

Step 1
Cut each of the mushrooms into small pieces. Cut tomatoes into and sausages into 5 mm slices. Seed the peppers and slice thinly. Mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add garlic and mushrooms, fry quickly, add salt and pepper.

Place the tomatoes, sausages, and peppers evenly over the pizza dough, and sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake in an oven heated to 200 until the surface is browned.
