
Mushroom & Tuna Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:
- Bunashimeji
- 100g
- Bunapi
- 100g
- Maitake
- 100g
- Salt & Sugar
- to taste
- Pasta
- 280g
- Garlic
- 1 piece
- Red bell pepper
- 1 sliced
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Canned tuna chunks
- 1 can
- Tomato juice
- 400ml
- Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons

How to Make:

Step 1
First, cut the hard bottoms off Bunapi, Bunashimeji and Maitake, then separate them into small bunches. Then, finely chop some cloves of garlic and slice the bell pepper.

Cook the pasta till al dente and remember to salt your boiling water.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic, then sauté the mushrooms and red bell pepper over low heat until all the moisture has been released.

Add drained tuna chunks, tomato juice and ketchup and simmer over low heat.

Add the cooked pasta and simmer for 1 minute, and add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve in a bowl and garnish with parsley.
