        Stewed Chicken with Tomato Sauce

        This recipe is perfect for those looking to lose weight.
        Ingredients:
        • Hokto Bunashimeji
        • 1 Packet
        • Hokto Bunapi
        • 1 Packet
        • Garlic
        • 1 clove
        • Onion
        • 1
        • Chicken Thigh
        • 1 piece
        • Olive Oil
        • 2 tsp
        • Canned tomatoes
        • 1 can
        • Seasoning stock cube
        • 1
        • Salt
        • 1 tsp
        • Pepper to taste
        • Chopped parsley

        How to Make:

        • Step 1

          Start by removing the root from the mushrooms.

        • Step 2

          Then, cut the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces and mince both the garlic and onion.

        • Step 3

          In a pan, heat the olive oil, fry the chicken and wait until it turns golden brown.

        • Step 4

          Remove the chicken from the pan, add the mushrooms, minced garlic, onion and stir-fry over medium heat.

        • Step 5

          Next, add the chicken and canned tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and stock cube.

        • Step 6

          Let it simmer for 10 minutes and serve it topped with a sprinkle of parsley.
