        Stuffed Squid with Hokto Mushrooms

        This recipe is perfect for those looking to lose weight.
        Ingredients:
        • Hokto Bunapi
        • 1 Packet
        • Hokto Bunashimeji
        • 1 Packet
        • Holland Onion
        • 1
        • Eggs
        • 3
        • Mayonnaise
        • 1 tbsp
        • Squid
        • 500g
        • Chili Padi
        • 13
        • Cloves Garlic
        • 5
        • Fish Sauce
        • 2 tbsp
        • Sugar
        • 2 tbsp
        • Salt
        • 1/2 tbsp
        • Chicken Stock
        • 1 tbsp
        • Onion
        • To Taste
        • Coriander Leaves
        • Scallions

        How to Make:

        • Step 1

          Begin with making the filling by chopping the mushrooms finely.

        • Step 2

          Heat the pan and add chopped mushrooms with onions and scallions.

        • Step 3

          In a separate pot, boil eggs, then mix them with salt, mayonnaise and the previous ingredients.

        • Step 4

          Now that the filling is ready, prepare the squid, stuff the filling inside and pan-fry until it’s cooked.

        • Step 5

          Next, for the sauce. Chop the chilli and pound the garlic.

        • Step 6

          Mix it well with fish sauce, sugar, salt, chicken stock, lime juice and coriander leaves.

        • Step 7

          Pour sauce on the squid and ready to serve.
