How to Make:

Step 1
Begin with making the filling by chopping the mushrooms finely.

Heat the pan and add chopped mushrooms with onions and scallions.

In a separate pot, boil eggs, then mix them with salt, mayonnaise and the previous ingredients.

Now that the filling is ready, prepare the squid, stuff the filling inside and pan-fry until it’s cooked.

Next, for the sauce. Chop the chilli and pound the garlic.

Mix it well with fish sauce, sugar, salt, chicken stock, lime juice and coriander leaves.
