Mushroom & Tomato Hot Sour Soup

Ingredients:
- Bunapi
- 100g
- Bunashimeji
- 100g
- Tomato
- 1
- Chicken Meat
- 150g Chopped and Deboned
- [A] Chicken soup
- 800ml
- [A] Salt
- 1/2 tsp
- [A] Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp
- [B] Potato Starch
- 1 tsp
- [B] Vinegar
- 2 tsp
- Egg
- 1 beaten
- Palm Sugar
- 1 tbsp
- Pepper
- Chili Oil

How to Make:

Step 1
Break Bunapi and Bunashimeji into small bunches, set aside. Cut tomato into 2cm squares.

Put [A] in a pan, heat and bring to boil. Then add in chicken meat. Once the meat is cooked, add in mushrooms and tomato and simmer.

Thicken with [B], add in egg and turn off heat.

Season with pepper and chili oil according to your taste.
